The following guide will instruct you on how to correctly deregister and remove a RackEye sensor from a racking leg.
Scan the QR Code of the racking leg with the RackEye you wish to remove
On the leg details page select the "Remove RackEye" Button
3. A command will be sent to the gateway to request the RackEye's deregistration. Please wait for deregistration to take place. (Please note: impacting the RackEye will speed up this process)
4. Once this has been completed, the Gateway will remove the RackEye from its device list and you will see the following success screen:
5. The RackEye should now be flashing Amber and Green, indicating that it has been successfully deregistered from the Gateway. Please do NOT remove the batteries from the device until you can see the flashing LEDs.
6. The batteries can now be removed and re-inserted to reset the RackEye.
7. Once the RackEye reboots, it will now show a solid amber LED, indicating that it is now ready to be re-registered.
