Inspection Summary Report

What it shows:

The Inspection Summary reports provides a consolidated view of all inspections carried out within a selected date range.

It helps you monitor inspection results with High-level summary of inspections, track risks and ensure maintenance actions are completed.

• Safety Monitoring - Quickly identify high-risk Racking, Barrier Posts or Stepbumpers (Red Risk items)

• Maintenance Tracking - Track pending vs completed resolutions

• Performance Analysis - Analyse response times and inspector activity

• Compliance Reporting - Export reports for audits and safety compliance

Outcomes by Day Report

What it shows:

The Inspection Outcomes by Day report provides a breakdown of Inspection results across days of the week over a selected date range. It helps users analyse daily risk patterns and identify when Inspection issues (Green/Amber/Red) occur most frequently.

Purpose:

• Identify when most Inspection Risks occur

• Track Inspection Risk trends over time

• Management Reporting

Bar chart grouped by Day of the Week
