Supported Mobile Devices

The A-SAFE RackEye Mobile app can run on the following devices:

 

  • Apple iPhones running iOS 15.7 or higher 
     

  • Apple iPads running iPadOS 15.7 or higher (We are currently working on an app that support tablets. However No Tablet support is currently available)
     

  • Android phones running Android 11 or higher
     

  • Android Tablets running Android 11 or higher (We are currently working on an apps that support tablets. However No Tablet support it currently available)

 

The device must support NFC, when using NFC based A-SAFE smart products

 

 

Please Note:

  • Android Chrome OS is not supported

      

 

Its important to keep the A-SAFE RackEye Mobile application consistently up to date.

You can maintain this by enabling automatic updates on your Android or iOS device.

For optimal experience using the RackEye Mobile application we recommend the following devices and Operating system versions. However the application will run satisfactorily with our minimum requirements.

  • Google Pixel 4, Samsung Galaxy S20, or higher
  • Tablets: Samsung S8 or higher (Not Yet support)
  • Android 13.0 or above
  • iPhone 12 or higher
  • iPads : iPad (8th Gen), iPad Air (4th Gen), or higher ( Not Yet Supported )
  • iOS/iPadOS 16.0 or higher

  • Devices running Android 9.0 or higher
  • Tablets: Devices running Android 11 or higher (Not Yet Supported)
     
  • Android 11.0 or above
  • iPhone 11 or higher
  • iPads : iPad Mini 5 or equivalent ( Not Yet Supported )
  • iOS 15.7 /iPadOS 15.7 or higher
