We are excited to announce the latest update and enhancements to our RackEye platform, designed to provide you with more powerful reporting, scheduling capabilities, live monitoring, and asset management tools.
Below is a summary of the new features and improvements: -
1. Enhanced search criteria for reporting
- Expanded Data Visualisation - The enhanced reports feature now offers improved data visualisation ensuring a more intuitive and insightful analysis of your data.
- Filtering and Sorting - Create targeted reports with a new enhanced filtering and sorting option. Analyse your data by using the new drill down feature for specific time periods, asset types, or activity categories to generate tailored insight reports.
- Saved Reports - You can now name and save reports that you want to regularly access, so you don’t need to select the filters each time, for instance if you want to keep a close watch on what is happening in specific aisles or zones.
2. Upgraded Report Selection Options
- Site comparison reporting - Monitor and compare your business locations across countries, regions, or the world. Allows you to set KPIs, locate best performing sites and identify best practices from each part of your estate globally
- Average Response Times - Provides a comprehensive overview of incident management, enabling you to monitor performance and response times over user-defined periods.
- Damage Resolution - Track the status of your damaged racking over user- defined periods and monitor your resolution giving insights into asset history, inspections, repairs, and associated costs.
- Outcomes By Day - Monitor and identify the racking inspections and audits conducted daily, giving you the ability to benchmark performance and ensure time and operational efficiency .
- Inspection History - Provides an in-depth history of your inspections over any user- specified period allowing you to gain the full picture regarding your inspection management.
3. Report Scheduling & Emailing
- Automated Report Scheduling - Create and schedule reports using our new generation tool to deliver them direct to your inbox at regular intervals (daily, weekly, monthly). Removes the need to manually create your favourites every time.
- Email Notifications - Set up automated email notifications to share reports with your team or external stakeholders, ensuring everyone has access to the latest data without logging into the system.
- Damage Notifications - You can now optionally have emails containing reports of damage reported in the mobile App sent to you instantly as they are reported, complete with full damage information and photographs.
4. Live Floorplans
- Real-Time Floor Monitoring: Expanded Heatmaps - Previous Capability: You have always been able to create heatmaps for warnings and alerts, helping you identify areas within your facility that may have above-average incidents.
- New Feature: - Now, you can also create heatmaps to display the outcomes of any incidents, enabling you to track resolutions and identify hotspots that may require additional attention, providing a clearer view of where improvements or additional protection may be needed.
5. Asset History – Start Date Preservation
- Improved Asset Tracking - Previously, the 3 -week Amber to Red automatic escalation would be reset if another Amber inspection were completed. Post release the 3 week Amber escalation to Red will be timed from the earliest Amber risk.
6. System and infrastructure changes -
- Database and cloud storage upgrades - Additional system upgrades in this release are designed to increase the speed and efficiency of the RackEye system in preparation for future releases in the next 6 months.
- Long Term Data Retention - As part of our commitment security, there are now options to archive data over a user defined period. This speeds up access to your data by moving older reports of damage and resolutions into a data archive available as a PDF. It is also possible to set maximum data retention periods, after which all data will be permanently deleted.
